We use an efficient on-line company formation agent who has formed over a thousand companies for clients of Chipchase Manners. The company formation process is handled electronically and if you wish can include the establishment of a company bank account with minimal fuss. We register your company for PAYE and VAT and CIS if you operate in the construction industry sector. We charge a fixed fee of £150 plus VAT for the company incorporation, this charge also includes registration for all appropriate taxes with HM Revenue & Customs.

We provide you with weekly financial updates and prepare monthly management accounts for your company. In addition we process any business expenses claims which you may wish to make from your company and handle the on-line filing of your company’s quarterly VAT returns. We maintain your company’s PAYE records, and assist you to raise sales invoices to your company’s customers. We prepare your company’s year-end accounts and file the corporation tax return of your company on-line with HMRC. Finally we handle your Self Assessment Tax Affairs. As accountants we do all of this in-house with our own staff we do not “contract out” tax return work as some of the large contractor accountants do. As chartered tax advisers we provide you with professional advice about the options for extracting income from your company in the most tax-efficient way.
